With an Intact Personal Home or Auto Policy*, Intact Insurance guarantees that within 30 minutes of calling our emergency claim number, you will be put in touch with a claims representative who can confirm your coverage and provide emergency support and crisis advice.
Our representatives can contact the necessary suppliers on your behalf to carry out emergency repairs. They also can authorize payments for certain emergency expenses such as accommodation, clothing, and transportation.
If Intact Insurance is unable to live up to this Guarantee, they will write you a cheque for the amount of your annual premium up to a maximum of $1,000. This payment will not affect your coverage for the term of your policy.
