If you have an emergency claim after our regular business hours
(8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), please call our voice message system and
we will get back to you as soon as possible.
E-mail your claim to our Web site.
Please be sure to send us all relevant information about the
incident in your claim. This will save time when you meet with our
representative. The more precise and useful the information is, the
more quickly your claim will be processed. Here is the information
you will need to provide:
- Name
- Address
- Name of the employee with whom you normally do business
- Circumstances in which the incident occurred
- Date and time of the incident
- List of damages
- Any other relevant information
Remember to include:
- Your preferred means of communication for contact and
follow-up (phone or e-mail).
- A telephone number where you can be reached during the
day.
- A telephone number where you can be reached in the
evening.
- The e-mail address you want us to use when contacting
you.
