 | Tracking your claim
If you have submitted an insurance claim, here are three ways to
check its progress:
- Send us an email, remembering to give your insurance policy
number and assigned claim number in your email.
- Call our office and ask to speak with your Account
Manager
- You can also contact the insurance company - we can refer you
to the right person or we can contact the insurance company on
your behalf.
Always have your insurance policy number and assigned claim
number ready when you're checking your claim.
